Court backs commission's power to collect fees

The Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco has upheld the Fresno-based California Table Grape Commission's right to collect grower fees to promote table grapes as nutritious snacks, the San Francisco Chronicle has reported.
