Eurofresh
hopes to exit Chapter 11 in November
U.S. Bankruptcy
Court Judge Charles G. Case II has confirmed a reorganization
plan for Willcox, Ariz.-based Eurofresh Inc., a grower and marketer
of greenhouse-grown tomatoes, clearing the way for Eurofresh
and its subsidiary, Eurofresh Produce Ltd., to exit Chapter
11 bankruptcy protection by the end of November, according to
a news release.
