Schafer will be United Fresh keynote speaker

Ed Schafer, U.S. secretary of agriculture, will deliver the keynote address at the United Fresh Produce Association's annual meeting and breakfast general session May 6 during the United Fresh Las Vegas 2008 show, according to a news release.
