Produce could score big on Super Bowl Sunday

The Pittsburgh Steelers and Arizona Cardinals will take the field as Super Bowl XLIII gets under way in Tampa, Fla., Feb. 1, but several segments of the produce industry could emerge big winners as millions of TV viewers gather around their TV sets and - more importantly for growers, shippers and retailers- their snack trays.
